FEEDING & MIXING
Raw materials are fed into the mixture and blended together.
MOLDING
The mixture is then poured into a mold and formed into slabs of 129x65 inches.
PRESSING
The slab is then compacted by a special vacuum and vibration process at a pressure of 100 tons.
CURLING
The slab is carefully put into the curling oven where it is heated, giving them the ultimate strength and solidity.
POLISHING
The slabs are measured and calibrated to the required thickness and the surface is polished to a perfect finish.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Finally, the slabs are inspected to ensure our customers receive a top-quality product.
LABELLING
Each slab is then marked and labeled with all relevant information.
